An open letter to American voters from Jeremy Nix

Last week I read an open letter to American voters posted by Jeremy Nix, a citizen journalist of Huffington Post blog. Title of the post was An Open Letter to My Friends Who Support Donald Trump.

American people are desperately participating to elect their 45th president on November 8, 2017. Candidate, now, are being elected within the party contest. Basically majority of the president of the US so far were represented from Democratic and Republic parties. The leader who will win in the party will fight final election. Donald Trump from Republican and Hilary Clinton from Democratic party are ahead in the internal contest. But among them Trum is said to be contradictory in many ways.

Whatever Donald Trump has been expressing during his election campaign, according to Nix, Trump is religious discriminatory, liar, rude, sexist, misogyny, arrogant hate monger, racist, vain, ignorant, gross, and dishonest and so on. Let’s see below how Nix has proved him so:

Nix writes- ‘‘the kind of leadership Trump is displaying is irresponsible and dangerous. His virulent ideas are seeping into the brains of his supporters. Supporters who think it’s okay to say things like “light the mother @!$%#er on fire” while a protester is being dragged out of one of his rallies. Maybe the protester was wrong to be where he was at the time, but no matter what he did, there was no reason to set him on fire. In fact, there is NEVER a reason to set anyone on fire. Unless it’s because they are dead and they wish to be cremated.

Further Nix has added that- Trump IS the one percent, he IS working on your prejudices, and he WILL destroy the Republic if he is elected, make no doubt about it.

If you don’t believe me, just look at the level of crazy coming out of his own mouth:

“[I am] calling for a total and complete shutdown of Muslims entering the United States until our country’s representatives can figure out what is going on” — Donald Trump. That’s religious discrimination.

“An ‘extremely credible source’ has called my office and told me that Barack Obama’s birth certificate is a fraud” — Donald Trump. That’s an outright lie.

“Ariana Huffington is unattractive, both inside and out. I fully understand why her former husband left her for a man – he made a good decision.” — Donald Trump. This is sexism, and just plain rude.

“You know, it really doesn’t matter what the media write as long as you’ve got a young, and beautiful, piece of @!$%#.” – Donald Trump. This is misogyny at its finest.

“I will build a great wall — and nobody builds walls better than me, believe me — and I’ll build them very inexpensively. I will build a great, great wall on our southern border, and I will make Mexico pay for that wall. Mark my words.” – Donald Trump. The words of an arrogant hate monger.

“When Mexico sends its people, they’re not sending the best. They’re not sending you, they’re sending people that have lots of problems and they’re bringing those problems with us. They’re bringing drugs. They’re bringing crime. They’re rapists… And some, I assume, are good people.” — Donald Trump. Racist.

“Our great African-American President hasn’t exactly had a positive impact on the thugs who are so happily and openly destroying Baltimore.” — Donald Trump. Racist.

“If I were running ‘The View’, I’d fire Rosie O’Donnell. I mean, I’d look at her right in that fat, ugly face of hers, I’d say ‘Rosie, you’re fired.” — Donald Trump. The words of an @!$%#.

“The beauty of me is that I’m very rich.” – Donald Trump. So Vain.

“It’s freezing and snowing in New York – we need global warming!” – Donald Trump. Ignorant.

“My fingers are long and beautiful, as, it has been well documented, are various other parts of my body.” – Donald Trump. Gross.

“I think the only difference between me and the other candidates is that I’m more honest and my women are beautiful.” – Donald Trump. Sexist. As if women are possessions rather than people. And also a lie. A lie about how honest he is.

How can you support this man?

As, in this country we FIGHT and DIE for freedom, for Truth and Justice. We fight for what’s right. And what Trump is doing and saying isn’t right.

  1. I am at a loss as to explain how people can support a man filled with so much hate, arrogance, and downright stupidity! I just don’t get it. Yet, there are a lot of people here who would rather be told what’s real in reality television instead of using their brains to think for themselves. I think this is truly the end of the morality of this country. They will end up with two choices: a murdering, lying, stealing woman or an arrogant clown who knows nothing about running a country. I shake my head and am considering moving to another country!

Thank you my dear friend Melissa. You are absolutely right. I think we need a ‘leader’ to understand the ‘World’ but not ‘himself’ and Trump is a representative of ‘one per cent’; so I think he dont care about overall mass people.

      1. That is correct Jesi, he cares about little but himself and maybe his children. I feel like I’m watching a political circus right now.

        1. He seems like the only option about we have now. I wonder if Hillary will have to eventually throw in the towel because of the controversies surrounding those emails….

Thank you Deanne. I think, Trump has just address the sentiments what was planted in before. Definitely Richest are strongest. Their first choice would be Trump and secondly Clinton. But it is difficult to Bernie sanders, a truly socialist, who want to collect 5 trillion from richest tax for the benefit of people.

      2. I actually am not a fan of Bernie either as I don’t believe in socialism, but I will be honest. I would take him over Hillary in a second!! And doubly as honest, I would also take him over Trump!!

  2. Perhaps a third choice in the way of a new party is in order. The republican party has brought this disaster on themselves with their rigid conservatism and radical religious right, now they are trying to back up.

Many thanks. That’s true, rigidity is disaster. I think they believe on realism not liberalism.

  3. Jesi thank you for sharing this. It is so important to get the word out there. As an American I can say it looks like we heading towards the abyss. I have no one to vote for – no one. I like the idea of a woman President but do not like Hilary at all.

Many thanks Nico. You are right. Real change is very rare because benefited group behind the scenes are very strong. They don’t let the change. Just changing the person is not much difference.

  4. Sadly, Trump has broken all the rules for campaigning. Many of his followers are victims of a system that you talk about on this site: Income Inequality! Some think he will actually make them rich like he is. I am embarrassed that the whole world is following all this rude behavior!

Thank you. This is all about the system. Such an arrogance are the products of current system where low income group are victimised. If you see the law makers all they are rich. So what I am thinking is law is made by rich to punish poor! What do you think ?
